ANOUK Care Kits
A toothbrush, floss, journal, pen and an encouraging message for the days when everyday care feels difficult.

A care initiative
Care for the days when caring for yourself feels hardest.
Care · Dignity · ConnectionFoundation mission
ANOUK Cares About Your Mental Health supports people during seasons when mental health makes everyday care feel difficult. Beginning with oral care essentials, we provide practical care products, journals, supportive tools and pathways to professional mental health resources, helping people reconnect with themselves through small, dignified acts of care.
What we can build
A toothbrush, floss, journal, pen and an encouraging message for the days when everyday care feels difficult.
Resource cards connecting people with licensed therapists, treatment directories and community organizations.
As the foundation grows, we hope to help cover sessions through grants or partnerships with licensed therapists.
Journaling, meditation, creativity and optional faith based support, presented as supportive practices and never replacements for professional treatment.
Journaling circles, wellness workshops and safe spaces centered on honest conversations about mental health.
Why I care
This diagnosis is part of my story. It does not describe where I am today.
Six years ago, after surviving a shooting, I was diagnosed with severe depression and unspecified anxiety.
When my mental health was declining, I noticed that I was not caring for my teeth the way I normally would. That experience is one of the reasons ANOUK began with toothbrushes and floss. Sometimes even the smallest acts of care can feel difficult.
Over the last six years, therapy, prayer, meditation and journaling have helped me heal, rebuild and arrive at this place. ANOUK Cares About Your Mental Health is a way to turn that experience into care for someone else.

How ANOUK gives initially
We will begin with a 90 day pilot. For every ten ANOUK Oral orders, one complete Care Kit will be donated. Each kit will include a toothbrush, floss, a journal, a pen, an encouraging message and a resource card with pathways to professional support.
This model allows us to begin responsibly, understand the true cost of producing and distributing each kit and grow the commitment with transparency. After the pilot, we will establish a permanent giving amount and share the number of kits funded and distributed.
Finding support
Supportive practices can help, but they are not replacements for professional mental health care. These confidential resources can help you begin looking for support in the United States.
